Yamaha Star going hybrid?

I'm curious to see who here would be interested to get a hybrid if Yamaha Star releases one? Do you think they would ever make hybrid cruisers?

I'd be all ears if Yamaha ever rolled out a hybrid cruiser but as of now, there's no smoke from that camp. Star as a brand name got folded back into Yamaha in '16 and their current V Star 250 lineup is still running on good ol'gas. I used to wrench on a Road Star Warrior back in the day and man, if they ever brought that back with a hybrid twist, I'dbe 1st in line. What kind of range or tech would you wanna see in a hybrid cruiser?

Well well...I could see that working, urban riders that want smoother power delivery and better fuel economy will definitely jump at it, I'm interested, but I wonder if they would go all in or just start with something like a turbo hybrid setup
